EREVUS provides a company website, portfolio, and access to open-source projects including:

• THERION Agent Platform — a free, open-source AI desktop application
• THERION System — an AI behavioral configuration system
• EREVUS website and portfolio showcase
• Technical documentation and resources

Our open-source projects (THERION Agent Platform, THERION System) are distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0). You are free to use, study, modify, and redistribute the software, provided derivative works are also distributed under the same license. The full AGPL-3.0 license text is included in each repository.

Unless otherwise stated, the following are owned by EREVUS and protected by intellectual property laws:

• The EREVUS name, logo, and brand identity
• Website design, layout, and visual assets
• Original content, copy, and documentation (excluding open-source code)

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with the website's operation or other users' access
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website beyond normal usage

The website and all open-source software are provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. EREVUS makes no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

EREVUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which, for the website and open-source tools, is zero).

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services (GitHub, Google Analytics, Netlify). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
