EREVUS is a technology studio that builds software, AI systems, and digital infrastructure. This privacy policy applies to our website at erevus.space.

We collect minimal data, and only when you give explicit consent.

Our hosting provider. Serves the website files. May process standard server logs (IP addresses in transit). See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with any other third party. Period.

7. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Local storage data persists until you clear your browser data or revoke consent.

9. International Data Transfers

Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Our website is hosted on Netlify's CDN, which may serve content from servers worldwide. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

10. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without explicit consent.
